Each year the Body Corporate committee is voted in by owners.

Generally, nomination forms are sent by Body Corporate Services (BCS) in April, at the same you can request motions to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), July each year.

Frequently Asked Questions

The overarching speed limit is 20KM per hour in most areas of the Common Property.

The general rule is:

Mon - Fri

Between 07.00am to 06.00pm for loud noise (such as mowing)

Between 07.00am to 10.00pm for reasonable house / party / music levels

Sat – Sun, Public Holidays

Between 08.00am to 06.00pm for loud noise (such as mowing)

Between 06.00pm to 11.00pm for reasonable house / party / music levels

To keep Body Corporate levies low, the community volunteers their time and where applicable their equipment to complete general maintenance such as; trimming and some general maintenance.

Yes please! The easiest way is to speak to the volunteer already doing tasks or to the Body Corporate committee.
